Recipe for Nirvana

No matter what is happening in the world around us, I know that with these certain ingredients I could obtain a momentary state of nirvana.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of evening

10 cups of good weather (windy, not humid)

1 car (windows down, sunroof open)

3 handfuls of the gym

1 cardio machine (either stair-master, elliptical)

1 iphone

1 iphone earplugs (preferably pink)

4 songs

1/4 the shins-sleeping lessons

1/4 dashboard confessional-hands down

1/4 telepopmusik-just breathe

1/4 the temper trap-sweet disposition

3 teaspoons of sweat

10 minutes of sauna

1 carefree mind

Mix all those together and TADA...nirvana. peaceful, sweaty bliss. A state of mind and feeling that nothing in the world can be so bad when you have a moment like this.
